Pigs-in-a-Blanket
We take our specially seasoned pork sausage and wrap it in a flaky pastry crust to make this delicious treat that can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This product pairs great with eggs and potatoes for breakfast, with a cup of soup for lunch, or cut in thirds for great Hors d'oeuvres anytime of the day.
This products comes in raw and frozen. Pre-heat oven to 375. Place frozen pigs-in-the-blanket seam side down, 1/2" apart on a lightly greased sheet pan. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 160. Baking time is approximately 35 minutes.
Our retail boxes come in two convenient sizes: 6 - 14 count pigs per box. We also have a bulk pack with 70 pigs per case no individual boxes.
